By proceeding with the Google Checkout™ process, the client fully understands and accepts the terms of this agreement. If at any time the client wishes to terminate ZinZang Studio's services, the client is responsible to provide a written request stating so and will not incur further fees. However, the client will be responsible for fees for work done up to the point of termination.

Please note that if you wish to cancel your Google Checkout™ order, you will have 15 minutes from the time the order is placed, as per Google Checkout™. If you wish to cancel your order after this period, please notify ZinZang Studio, LLC by email or phone within 24 hours of the time of purchase.

ZinZang Studio bills at the hourly rate of $60. Our Google Checkout™ items are arranged in increments of 1/4 of an hour (i.e. .25 = 15 minutes, .5 = 30 minutes, .75 = 45 minutes, 1 = 60 minutes). Please make sure you check your invoice for the accurate amount of time you were billed for. Note that any amounts billed at the hourly rate over 5 hours are not currently available as an online payment. If your hourly invoice exceeds 5 hours or if you have a credit posted to your invoice and do not see your payable amount listed, please contact ZinZang Studio immediately.
