Scheduled Maintenance:
One of our upstream bandwidth providers will be performing maintenance on their equipment. During this time a secondary carrier will pick up the traffic.
Impact of Maintenance:
Increased latency and minor packet loss while our network routes converge around one of our upstream providers as their circuit goes down and comes back online.
Scheduled Date & Time:
Wednesday, April 22, 2015 at 5AM EST and will last about a half hour.
Estimated Amount of Downtime:
We understand the importance of keeping your sites and services online, and as of now we do not expect a significant amount of downtime for our clients. During the 30 minute maintenance window, we only expect about 5 minutes of downtime as well as the fact that you could experience periodic packet loss or increased latency during convergence. We would recommend making minimal updates to your websites during this window just to be safe.
