One of our transit providers will be performing maintenance on their equipment. During this time another of our carriers will pick up the traffic.
Impact of Maintenance:
Increased latency and minor packet loss while our network routes converge around one of our other transit providers during the maintenance window.
Scheduled Date & Time:
Friday, April 24, 2015 at 12AM EST and will last until around 4AM EST.
Estimated Amount of Downtime:
We understand the importance of keeping your sites and services online, and as of now we do not expect a significant amount of downtime for our clients. During the 4 hour maintenance window, we only expect about 30 minutes of downtime as well as the fact that you could experience periodic packet loss or increased latency during convergence. We would recommend making minimal updates to your websites during this window just to be safe.
