How to Change GoDaddy Nameservers

Change GoDaddy Nameservers

If you are a new website design and hosting client of ours and are keeping your domain registered with GoDaddy, please follow the instructions below. Editing the Nameservers at GoDaddy only takes a few minutes and a few steps:

  1. Log in to your account at GoDaddy. If you see your domain name listed in the center of the page, click it and skip to step 5. Otherwise,
  2. Click “Domains / Domain Manager” on the left.
  3. Select your domain name from the list on the resulting page to go to the “Domain Details” page.
  4. On the left side under “Nameservers”, click “Set Nameservers”.
  5. Select “I have specific nameservers for my domains” and enter NS1.ZINZANG.COM and NS2.ZINZANG.COM as shown below.Change GoDaddy Nameservers
  6. Click “Ok” twice and you’re done.

After you edit the Nameservers, it can take between a few minutes to a couple of days for the changes to take effect.  Your site probably will not experience any downtime at all during this period, and you’ll get an email from GoDaddy letting you know of the changes.

What Page of Search Are You On?

Normally when you do a Google search, the results can be influenced by the geographic location of your IP address, previous searches, and other web browsing history. Ever want to know what page of search your website appears on to most everyone else? Now you can find out by using zinzang.com.

Enter your desired search keywords and the URL of your domain, and What Page of Search Am I On? will search the first 10 pages of results. If the domain you entered appears within the first 10 pages, the search will stop and highlight the top-ranking result for your domain. Very helpful!

A caveat: This tool does not currently include results culled from Google Maps. Therefore, if your keywords include city or state names, your domain may actually have a higher rank than is shown in these results.

You will need to provide us with the textual content for your business card design. All contact information, taglines or specific text to be included.

Logo

Provide us with your logo design in high quality digital format, preferably vector. If you don’t have a professionally crafted logo design, but have chosen a typeface, color scheme, and/or “just a quick sketch” image you’ve been using, please scan it at a minimum of 450dpi to a jpg, tiff, or png file.

Photographs

You may send us a photograph to incorporate into your business card design. Please send us the largest versions of the photos you can, in digital format like jpg, raw, or tiff. We will perform any basic color correction, CMYK conversions, exposure compensation, or cropping during design time if necessary.
